Jaiyesh Bakhshi Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jaiyesh holds degree in Bachelors of Law from Amity Law School, Delhi (affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) and completed the same in the year 2006. Jaiyesh assimilated good values and discipline from his father, Mr. S.P Bakhshi who was the Principal in one of most prestigious schools in India. Post graduation, he worked with reputed law firms in India. Jaiyesh’s leadership qualities and exceptional networking skills then inclined him to commence his own practice and set up single windowed litigation firm known as Jaitley & Bakhshi (erstwhile known as Chambers of Jaitley & Bakhshi), to serve his clients. Jaiyesh is known for his solution-oriented nature and has been serving his clients for more than 18 years. Jaiyesh has been consistently advising on various legal and complex issues to high net-worth individuals, member of parliament, corporate clients, bureaucrats and MNCs in the domestically as well as Internationally. Jaiyesh has represented private and public entities in wide range of real estate and commercial transactions, corporate litigation, civil cases, bail matters, legal advisory, PMLA, consumer laws, Telecom Disputes before Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts and all other district courts and various tribunals across the country. He also has significant experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation. Before Founding Jaitley & Bakhshi (erstwhile known as Chambers of Jaitley & Bakhshi), Jaiyesh started his career with a Delhi based law firm namely, Karanjawala & Co. Jaiyesh is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association of India and Delhi High Court Bar Association.

Sonali Jaitley Bakhshi Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Sonali holds a degree in Bachelors of Law from Amity Law School, Delhi (affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) and was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2006. Sonali is the daughter of the former Union Minister with the government of India, Late Mr. Arun Jaitley who himself was a distinguished lawyer (Senior Advocate) of India and both her grandfathers were also lawyers, which makes her third generation lawyer. Following the path of her father, Sonali achieved her goal of setting up her own independent practice by founding Jaitley & Bakhshi (erstwhile known as Chambers of Jaitley & Bakhshi) in year 2008. Sonali has been practicing law for more than 18 years, been appearing before highest court of law as well as the other judicial authorities. Sonali has been consistently advising on various legal and complex issues to her high net-worth individuals, corporate clients, member of parliament, bureaucrats and MNCs. Sonali has represented clients on contractual disputes, real estate, commercial laws, consumer laws, insolvency, PMLA, corporates setting up, formulation of strategies & negotiations. Sonali also has rich experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation. Before Founding Jaitley & Bakhshi (erstwhile known as Chambers of Jaitley & Bakhshi), Sonali began her career with Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh A Shroff & Co. at their Delhi office. Sonali is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association of India and Delhi High Court Bar Association.

Ayush has over 10 years of experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital and restructuring transactions. He has represented sellers, buyers, investors, promoters and companies across sectors such as healthcare, e-commerce, NBFCs, manufacturing and real estate, and regularly advises on transaction documents, cross-border investments, corporate governance, compliance and exchange control regulations.

Mayank Mishra Partner

Mayank is a committed legal professional with a strong foundation in both civil and criminal law. A graduate of National Law University, Odisha (2017) and an Advocate-on-Record since 2025, he focuses on arbitration, commercial disputes, criminal litigation (including white-collar crimes) and insolvency & bankruptcy matters, and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various tribunals.

Ravi Tyagi Partner

Ravi completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Jamia Millia Islamia in 2013 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. An Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court since 2023, he has extensive experience representing high-profile clients before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and courts across the NCR in contractual, real estate, commercial, consumer, insolvency, money-laundering, electricity and company law disputes, as well as in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Gaurav Mishra Managing Associate

Gaurav graduated in 2017 from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. Before joining the firm in 2019, he worked with a law firm specialising in construction arbitration related to highway projects. At the firm, he handles commercial disputes, construction arbitrations, securities law matters and white-collar disputes, and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, other High Courts, tribunals and district courts in Delhi, also advising on contracts, white-collar crimes and statutory compliance.

Manmilan graduated from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. She obtained her LLM degree from Amity Law School, Noida, and has been associated with the firm since 2019. Her primary areas of practice include arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, white-collar crimes and general corporate advisory, and she has nearly a decade of experience representing clients before various courts and tribunals across New Delhi.
